James Hoffman is a well-respected figure in specialty coffee. A former barista champion, and the co-founder of Square Mile Coffee Roasters in London, and author of “The World Atlas of Coffee”, he has been blogging for years and offers some great resources.

Get inside the head of the barista with the Barista Hustle. Get a weekly email and access some of the articles on the website as well. They also sell coffee subscriptions, but we won’t hold that against them :P
